More Virgo Birthdays!

Today Calvin turns 14. Calvin is Amy's nephew. I met Calvin back in 1996, when Amy and I had just started dating, and he quickly became one of my favorite people. He was barely 2 years old back then. Now he's a big hulking teenager, starting his freshman year at Lowell.Another Virgo birthday is my co-worker David Hoggan, who's special day was this past Wednesday. Speaking of special days, my mother's birthday is this weekend. This all comes on the heels of Amy and Emily's birthdays in late August. And then my good friend Martin Azevedo has a birthday planned later in September. That's one huge bucket of Virgos.

In other news, Emily went outside to see her next door neighbor, Aiobhe (aka Eva). The girls took a moment to sit for a photo (below). The funny thing is that both of these photos were taken with my cell phone camera, whose quality really covers the waterfront. Or maybe the Amy/Calvin photo just had no light.
