Notes on Camp

It has come to my attention that photos on this blog (photos taken with the iPhone & uploaded via the Blogpress App) look a bit lackluster, until clicked on and expanded. Go ahead, click on this one:

We went camping last weekend. Here's Emily, being the snake in the grass, showing Matthew the neat games on Daddy's old iPhone.




The trip was organized by our good friend Marty. Among those gathered was another old school friend, David H., who brought his bride of 3 weeks. I had no idea David had married. Why? Because David is not on Facebook. It's an interesting phenomenon, these friends who aren't documenting every moment of their lives online.




Met a friend of Marty's, who made me laugh with this description of his job: "I work at (name of famously-huge company), but only because they bought the start-up where I was before."
